United States Air Force Band of the Golden West Sat, April 17 Free Concert (Ticket required - five tickets per household) The United States Air Force Band of the Golden West, stationed at Travis Air Force Base, California, is led by Major Keith Bland. They are the only remaining active duty Air Force band west of the Rockies. The band continues to maintain a rich heritage of musical excellence, using a variety of styles from traditional wind ensemble repertoire, patriotic music, marches and outstanding soloists.
